Chakra Cleanse

I’ve known Jhoine for a while and talked about doing the cleanse, but I just never committed, even though desperately knew I needed it. I am an RN and owner of Dreamette Springfield and for a business owner, especially in the food industry, it is a 7 day a week grind and over 80 hours every week. At the age of 58, working without eating all day and finishing the day at 10:30pm, eating bags of chips or going home and eating whatever you can find takes a toll on your body. Also making it a habit to daily “taste the ice cream” not “eating” ice cream. 😉🤭
I became sick of the exhaustion, weight gain, pain in my body, brain fog and more. I was finally ready to do it. It’s not cheap but I think that is for the best because you will be more likely to stay committed for the seven days, because of the cost.
I immediately I started feeling better, more energy less bloating a better sense of wellbeing. Each day my brain fog lifted, and I felt like I was so much younger. It isn’t that I lost a lot of weight with the cleanse, around 5 lbs, but it has changed my life forever in so many ways, that I didn’t expect physically, spiritually and mentally. It changed how I looked at food and the cleanse stopped my junk food and sugar cravings. I am NO LONGER “tasting ice cream” because I have no desire. It revealed to me when, what and how I ate. Also, what motivates me to eat, because mine wasn’t hunger. It was mostly related to stress.
I started the 7 day cleanse on April 17th and as of today, June 27th I have lost 27lbs. I only crave healthy foods. I am eating a whole food plant based diet. I enjoy meal prep and cooking again. I am a new person or a “more improved” version of myself. By the grace of God, I am NEVER going back.
When people ask me about the cleanse. In a nutshell I say, it FORCED my body into submission.

I completed the 7-day detox from Cosmic Juice Bar on 3/36. The results are amazing!
