Shipping policy

Special Note:

All orders ship Monday to Wednesday any orders placed after Wednesday at noon will be shipped the following Monday.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. Another email will be sent with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days. Additional charges will apply and are calculated at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.

Shipping Carriers

  • We use reputable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Perishable Items: Some of our products may be perishable and will be marked accordingly. These items require expedited shipping to ensure freshness upon arrival.
  • Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at jhoinedonnell@gmail.com or call 619-277-2526. Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s), and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • Lost Packages: If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. We will assist you in locating the package through the shipping carrier.
